Over the past years, I’ve worked across health, e-commerce operations, and digital product teams, improving conversion flows and building scalable systems that deliver measurable results.
My background allows me to see both sides of every decision, the business strategy behind it and the human experience it shapes.
From Medicine to Product Design
Roots
Born in Venezuela, shaped by Latin America, currently designing from Europe.
I’ve lived, studied, and worked across cultures and that perspective deeply influences me.
Moving countries taught me adaptability, and studying medicine taught me empathy.
Design gave me the language to turn empathy and adaptability into measurable impact.
The shift
Since 2021, design became my way of solving real problems.
While working in e-commerce, I noticed users were abandoning their orders.
So I analyzed the flows, listened to real users, and redesigned the experience.
Completion rates increased significantly, reinforcing my belief that a good structure drives good results.
Now
I design digital products that connect with human needs.
Today I design for the user who almost gave up, and make sure they don't.
I care about structure, clarity, and scalable systems, but also about ethics, accessibility, and meaningful impact.
Technology is not the goal. The person using it always is.
